Just in time for the holiday season, something Wicked this way comes for musical fans in New York City.
Once again, Hilton is creating an immersive experience for musical lovers in the city of the Great White Way.
Available for booking now, the New York Hilton Midtown is opening their “Stay Like Wicked” suite between November 21, 2024, and January 5, 2025.
Limited-Time Suite Inspired by Famous Musical-Turned-Movie
The specially decorated suite is designed to transform guests to the Emerald City as a celebration of the award-winning Broadway musical-turned-film, “Wicked.” After walking through the entrance – marked by art deco green wallpaper – guests are greeted with a living area inspired by the Wizard of Oz’s throne room.
In the morning, guests will get pastries delivered each morning by balloon to enjoy in their room. When it comes time to unwind in the evening, a bar can be found hidden in a bookshelf with a personal happy hour, with both pink and green cocktails ready for the guests to enjoy.
At bedtime, guests can choose if they are feeling like Glinda the Good Witch (“The ‘A’ is silent”) or Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West. One side is decorated in everything pink, featuring custom wallpaper and a cherry blossom tree canopy, while the other takes cues from the enchanted forest of Shiz University with dark green elements and a twisted wood canopy.

The move marks the second holiday season where Hilton is creating a special experience for their guests. In 2023, the hotelier offered “Countdown to Christmas” suites in several cities in partnership with The Hallmark Channel.
